If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your online order, no worries! We’ll gladly give you a refund for your item/s. However, we’re sorry to say that we can’t do exchanges through our online store. If you want a different size or color, you’ll need to place a new order. But don’t fret, we’ll automatically refund your returned items.
Oh, and here’s a little tip: please don’t ship your item back to the address on the shipping label. Instead, reach out to us at email@example.com (or simply reply to your original purchase email). We’ll handle the return and refund process like the champs we are. Just remember, the cost for return postage will be on you, lovely customer.
Now, let’s talk fashion rules. To be eligible for a refund, all apparel must be in its original, untouched condition. That means it should be unwashed, unworn, and still rocking its original tags and packaging. But don’t worry, you can totally try it on to see if it fits like a glove!

Once we receive and review your returned item/s, we’ll be overjoyed to credit your original method of payment. Keep in mind that refunds can only be credited back to the account you used for the initial purchase. We’ll process the refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected the items. Just be patient and give us 5-7 working days from the day you send the item back for your account to get its well-deserved credit.
